Hand-Picked Wild Honeybush Tea
We are extremely fortunate in that our Wild Honeybush, Cyclopia intermedia, is endemic to our area and grows wildly on the high mountain slopes of our Estate.
The intermedia, however, is a slow growing species which requires a strict regime of conservation harvesting. For this reason, we only harvest this Cyclopia every second or third year. This "ageing" allows for our Wild Mountain Tea to reach its true flavour.
All our Wild Mountain tea is hand-picked by trained and qualified teams who climb the mountains to obtain the best cuts.
